This project in Malvern involved a partial roof replacement using classic terracotta roof tiles, giving the home a fresh new look while maintaining its original character.
Working from detailed site plans, we carefully removed the existing tiles from the front section of the roof and installed a brand-new terracotta roofing system built to current Australian Standards. Safety was a top priority throughout the job, with full perimeter fall protection installed before works began.
Once the old roof was stripped and cleared, new timber battens were installed, followed by high-quality Boral French unglazed terracotta tiles. The finishing touches included terracotta ridge and hip capping, securely bedded and flex-pointed for long-term durability and a clean, polished finish.
All materials, waste removal, deliveries, and on-site supervision were included, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free process for the homeowner from start to finish.
