Project Summary
This project involved the full roofing installation for a new retirement village development in Chirnside Park, built for Creation Homes and completed in line with the builder’s specifications. With comfort, durability, and long-term performance in mind, the roofing system was designed to suit both the scale of the project and the needs of future residents.
Our team installed a complete Colorbond® corrugated roofing system, including 40mm true core roof battens and a 55mm blanket and foil insulation layer to improve thermal performance. The roof was finished with Colorbond valleys, roll top ridge capping, apron and barge flashings, fascia boards, and slotted quad gutters to ensure proper drainage and a clean, consistent finish throughout the development.
The result is a strong, low-maintenance roof designed to perform well in all weather conditions, while delivering a neat, modern look suited to a high-quality retirement living environment.
